He was moralless. A psychopath who adored himself and everything he did was for his own gain.
Backstory[]
Before Bloody Dawn, he worked as an interrogator. His hypnosis element made it easy for him to make weak-minded criminals to confess to their crimes and even make people confess to things they didn't do if Doucheicus or someone else in the high ranks wanted them gone. Reks saw no problem with this.
At some point, he realized he needed to secure his bloodline. However, he wasn't really interested in romance. So, he hypnotized a desirable woman and pretty much raped her. When she laid eggs, he had her imprisoned after making her commit a crime. One of the eggs died, but the other hatched and became his son, Morden, who was raised by nannies.
He was killed shortly before Bloody Dawn.
